After the recording sessions were completed, keyboardist Alan Clark and Californian guitarist Hal Lindes joined Dire Straits as full-time members for the On Location tour of Europe, North America, and Oceania. While on the European leg of the tour, Dire Straits performed one of their finest shows to date at the Werchter Rock Festival, in Festivalpark Werchter, Belgium, on 5th July 1981. Sharing the day with Elvis Costello, The Cure and Robert Palmer, Dire Straits headlined and performed a superb set that, previously unreleased, is now available in its entirety on this new CD.
