Alma Perez returns to her homeland after a long time. She claims that the land belongs to an extinct tribe of indigenous people and wants to convert it into a memorial park. In doing so, however, she takes on the cult-like church "The Church of Chindi", which abuses a malevolent spirit for its own purposes - because the motel has a mysterious one.
