[High tensile strength] YOUSU PA12-CF is developed to meet the demands for different level industrial and engineering applications where high strength and durability are required, such as functional prototypes, fixtures, jigs etc. [Low water absorption rate] Compare with normal PA6-CF, PA12-CF with 50% lower water absorption. Even when exposed to high humidity it can still maintains excellent mechanical performance and dimensional stability. [Excellent layer bonding] PA12-CF shows higher layer bonding performance compare to normal PA-CF. Which makes it has ability to withstand high level of impact or stress. [High temperature resistance] The heat deflection temperature of YOUSU PA12-CF is up to 190℃ (0.45MPa). Making it suitable for the applications that need high temperature without deforming. [Notes before printing] Anti-abrasive nozzle needed. In order to get better results, drying the filament at 60℃ for 12 hours before printing. The data were tested at Bambu Lab X1 printer and Raise 3D printer. With 280℃ printing temperature and 100℃ bed temperature. It’s high tier filament, please double check with your printer’s capability before place order.
